Next weekend is the opening of another exhibition (Naughty by Nature) in Zurich and I haven´t even reported about the current one (Why not XMas) yet.
“Why not XMas” is a critical Christmas exhibition with art work and graphic design by mostly Swiss artists. You´ve got a week left to check it out. In addition to the group exhibition, Pedä Siegrist´s work can be seen at the showroom.
I drove there on a Friday in November for the opening and drove back to Munich the next day. After a quick detour to the Kunsthaus Zürich (wonderful museum by the way), I enjoyed the evening at Büro Discount and partied way too long (too much whisky involved) with some of the crazy fun people there.
Can you imagine that I sold one of the drawings already on my way to Zurich in the bus? I´m glad it wasn´t the only drawing I took along. All the drawings were sold, so I´ll be back next week with some new pieces for the opening of Naughty by Nature.
